Yoga Basics + Yoga Nidra


This special series will be taught in the Anusara Method which includes yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment and breath and will conclude with Yoga Nidra, a systematic process of relaxation which helps counter stress and restore and rebuild energy.  Open to all levels.  Beginners Welcome.
